Where we repair and build fences

South Charlotte, Union County in North Carolina, and York and Lancaster County in South Carolina. Our home base is in Waxhaw, NC 28173. We take larger fence projects up to about an hour away, including around Lake Norman.

Most fence repairs $225-$600 per repair visit installed, plus tax, confirmed after the final measure

Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, NC

Permits and zoning: the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. They have the final word.

York County, SC

Permits: York County, or your city or town inside its limits. They have the final word.

Lancaster County, SC

Permits: Lancaster County for most addresses. They have the final word.

Lake Norman, NC (larger projects)

Permits: Mecklenburg, Iredell or Lincoln County, depending on the address. Ask your town first. They have the final word.

The same steps in every town

  1. Send two or three photos and the rough sizes. We send a free written quote, usually the same business day. No free visit to quote.
  2. You say yes, and the work day goes in writing. For a new fence we call 811 so the utilities are marked, and help with your HOA drawing.
  3. On the day we confirm the exact sizes, do the work and haul away the debris.

North Carolina projects of $40,000 or more are contracted through our licensed general contractor partner. South Carolina projects over $5,000 go through our licensed partner too.
