Send photos of the fence for a written quote
Frequently Asked Questions
What photos help the most?
One wide photo of the whole fence line from a few steps back, one close-up of the damage or of the ground where the new fence goes, and one of the gate if there is one. For a leaning post, a close-up at the ground line shows us the rot. For a deck repair, send the problem area up close, the whole deck, and the underside if you can reach it safely. Daylight photos work best.
What should I measure?
The rough length of each straight run in feet, the height of the fence, and how many gates. For a repair, count the leaning posts and the broken boards and measure the damaged part. Our 1-page guide shows each one. Close is fine: we confirm the exact sizes on site after you say yes.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. The written quote from your photos and sizes is free and has no obligation. We do not drive out to quote. If your project needs a visit before we can price it, we tell you up front, before anyone drives out.
How fast do you reply?
During business hours, usually the same day. If something is missing from the photos, we text you for one more. The work day is usually 6 to 10 days after you accept the quote, and it goes in writing.
What happens to my photos?
They go to our quoting system with your request and are used only to price your fence. We remove the location data your phone saves inside a photo before it leaves our server.
